What is the youngest age I can get my card?

Nevada law does not set a minimum age to complete alcohol awareness training. However, in order to serve or sell open alcohol a person must be 21 years of age. Minors age 16-17 may work in retail food stores as cashiers and sell packaged/sealed alcohol if supervised by an 18+ year old. Minors 18+ may work in retail food stores as cashiers and sell packaged/sealed alcohol without supervision.
